On the 27th of December 2012, in 13.00 h at the Museum of Macedonia, the Minister of Culture Mrs. Elizabeta Kancheska Milevska opened the traditional exhibition Archaeological Macedonia. Artifacts from the four archaeological sites Heraclea Lyncestis, Bargala, Isar Marvinci and Stobi are presented for the first time.
The exposed finds from Stobi were discovered or conserved during 2012. Particularly interesting are the glass bowl with the representation of the life of Achilles, the pottery kiln and the grave of a soldier. The exhibition will be opened for all visitors in the following two months. Click here for photos.
