An oil lamp depicting a gladiator in full equipment is a product of the Italian workshops. A stamp with potter’s name IVNI ALEXI is impressed on the bottom. It was discovered in a grave at the Western cemetery at Stobi.  The lamp should illuminate the path of the deceased in the Underworld.
